What do you mean by bespoke?

We can create most things, so please just ask! Bespoke means that we will create whatever our clients desire (within reason!). We take corporate orders, we do edible picture cakes, tiered cakes, novelty cakes, fondant cakes and number and initial cakes as well as our most popular buttercream cakes. If in doubt, please just holla at us!

Do you cater for gluten, nut and dairy free customers?

We carefully cater for you - we wipe down the kitchen thoroughly as you would expect from a 5* rated business to minimise the chance of cross contamination. However, we do of course make cakes using gluten and nuts, so we cannot guarantee that there is no chance of allergens remaining in our kitchen, but we are very mindful of this when baking for you, and use our professionalism to cater to your needs in the best way that we can.

Do you offer vegan bakes?

We have carefully created a number of our luxury bakes using vegan ingredients. If you don't see what you're looking for in a vegan option, please just ask. Vegans rejoice, we have so much luxury cake for you!

Don’t forget us vegetarians!?

We happily cater for you - only products containing marshmallows will need to be specified vegetarian when you order please, as we have some delicious vegetarian marshmallows for you guys.

Do you make eggless cakes?

Our luxury bakes can be created without eggs, that's no problem at all. We have many happy egg free customers who have all commented on the great taste of our eggless sponges!

How do I keep my baked goods at their best?

Everything is made fresh to order for you, and if it doesn't all disappear there and then (you lucky things!) please see the following guidance -

Cakes will last for 7-10 days in the fridge once cut, and they must be kept refrigerated at all times. Please give them around an hour to come to room temperature before slicing and biting.

Cupcakes last for 3-5 days and should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed at room temperature.

Brownies & blondies last for 7-10 days in the fridge but best served at room temperature.

Rocky Road should always be kept refrigerated and enjoyed straight from the fridge. It will keep for 14 days, but it tends to disappear within the day!

Do you offer a delivery service?

We deliver all over the West Midlands for a fee depending on postcode, and we can also post nationwide for everything except cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes.

When collecting…

Please be aware when collecting our cakes, they are extremely heavy and very tall/large. You need to carry and hold these by hand very carefully. Please don’t push the sides of the box in or put anything on top of the lids. Always hold cakes flat from the bottom of the box with both hands completely flat under the box and thumbs on the side of the box for light support. We will provide you with a safe non-slip mat for you to travel with the cake in your car boot or passenger footwell safely. We can take no responsibility for cakes once they leave us and you have checked that you are happy with your order.
